Contact tracing Coronavirus (Virus SARS-CoV-2)

acc. § 10 para. 1 of the ordinance of the state government of Baden-Württemberg on measures to prevent infection against the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus (Corona Ordinance – CoronaVO) of June 23, 2020 (in the version valid from September 30, 2020) we are, among other things, for recording of personal data of our visitors. According to § 6 para. 1 CoronaVO we have to collect the following data.

    Data protection information on the collection of personal data in accordance with the CoronaVO

    We collect and store the following data from you for the purpose of tracking possible routes of infection to the responsible authorities:

    • Visited city tour (date and period of attendance),
    • First and Last Name,
    • address and
    • phone number/ email address

    The legal basis for this is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter c) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in conjunction with Section 6 Paragraph 1 CoronaVO (Regulation of the state government on anti-infection measures against the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus) of June 23, 2020 (in the version valid from September 30, 2020) .
    In the event of a concrete suspicion of infection, the responsible authorities are recipients of this data in accordance with the Federal Infection Protection Act.

    Your personal data will be deleted by us four weeks after receipt.

    You are not obliged to provide your personal data; the correctness of your information is also not checked by the operator. However, if you do not provide us with your personal data, you may not use our services and therefore not take part in the city tour. This does not give you a right to a refund, as you have agreed to our general terms and conditions for city tours by booking our services.


    Note on data subject rights:

    You have the following rights under the GDPR: Information about the personal data that we process from you; rectification if the data is inaccurate or restriction of our processing; Deletion if we are no longer obliged to store it.

    If you believe that we are not processing your data properly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Baden-Württemberg State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Königstrasse 10a, Stuttgart.
