Rules for participating in City and Pub Crawls:

In addition to our general terms and conditions, the following rules and conditions of participation and tour apply.

In general, it is important to note: City and pub tours from Betty BBQ have the character of an entertainment tour, where fun and entertainment are the focus.

Our city tours and pub crawls should be fun for everyone and we clearly distance ourselves from the impression of “guided drinking tours”. Excessive and irresponsible alcohol consumption with loss of control, loss of decency and lack of respectful and polite interaction are punished by exclusion from the tour.

Enjoy alcohol responsibly so that we can have a nice evening together.

In particular, our city tour coffee trip on foot is aimed at the whole family, young and old. No alcohol is consumed here.

Participation and tour conditions

  1. Participation in all city tours except for the “Coffee gossip and city whispers” and “Stocky’s Bächle walk” city tours, from the age of 18. There is no age limit for the “Coffee gossip and city whispers” and “Stocky’s Bächle walk” city tours, but we recommend a minimum age of 12 years; participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. A valid ID card must be carried throughout the tour.
  2. Each participant is responsible for the consumption of alcohol and its quantity.
  3. Betty BBQ Travesty & Entertainment is not liable for damage to property or personal injury. Everyone is responsible for themselves.
  4. The instructions of the tour leader/guide must always be followed.
  5. The tour leader/guides and the management reserve the right at any time Exclude participants who are drunk or who behave irresponsibly (e.g. insults, threats and physical attacks as well as causing a public nuisance) from the tour; a refund is excluded in this case. With regard to the drunkenness of participants concerned, the focus is not on the degree of alcoholization, but on essential skills for smooth participation, these are, for example, the ability to orientate, walk and stand as well as the ability to speak and see (“being master of one’s body”). The decision as to whether the stated reasons for exclusion exist lies solely in the subjective assessment of the guide or the management. We can then no longer carry out the city tour for reasons of liability and domiciliary rights. Objections to these decisions can only be made to management and via email after the decision has been made.
  6. The tour leader/guides and the management reserve the right at any time to cancel and break off exclusively/privately booked city tours due to drunk or irresponsible participants, a refund is excluded. With regard to the drunkenness of participants concerned, the focus is not on the degree of alcoholization, but on essential skills for smooth participation, these are, for example, the ability to orientate, walk and stand as well as the ability to speak and see (“being master of one’s body”). 13. Animals are not permitted.
