Betty BBQ and her team are involved in a variety of voluntary work.

A special concern of Betty BBQ is the support of the AIDS-Aid, especially the prevention project “Gentle Man”.

Gentle Man is a project of the AIDS-Hilfe Baden-Württemberg eV and the regional AIDS-Hilfe for men who have sex with men (MSM). The focus is on prevention and advice on HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases, but also on safer sex, coming out and sexuality in general. In addition to the full-time employees, volunteers are involved in a wide variety of projects and activities at different locations such as parties, saunas, cruising areas and CSDs throughout Baden-Württemberg.
